Acceptance

By using this website or by confirming an appointment, you accept these terms. If you are booking for an organisation, you confirm that you may bind that organisation to the fee and the scope in the written confirmation. The official registered business name is Reason Junction, established in 2019.

The service

Reason Junction provides in-person ledger reading sessions, archive desk appointments, Thursday workshops, and commissioned research notes about public Solana records. Solana ecosystem research skills are taught and practised in those appointments. Fees on the rates page are informational until a written confirmation states the amount due. Payment is by bank transfer after that confirmation.

Appointments read public records. Private keys and seed phrases stay outside the appointment. Notes describe what a record shows. They are not instructions to buy, sell, or hold any asset, and they are not legal, tax, or investment advice.

Bookings

An inquiry form submission is a request, not a held date. A date is held when you accept our written confirmation. You agree to arrive within the grace period stated for that appointment and to follow the house rules published on the reading-room page, including quiet in the aisle and the rule that archive copies remain in the building.

Intellectual property

The text, shelf arrangement, teaching sequence, and printed packets on this site and in the room belong to Reason Junction unless a credit says otherwise. You may not copy the packets or the site text for a competing library or course. Your own field notes, written in your booklet during a session, belong to you. A commissioned research note is licensed to the named client for the audience described in the scope letter, once the fee is paid in full. That licence covers internal circulation and, when the scope letter says so, publication. It does not include resale of the note as a standalone product.

Acceptable use of the website

Use the inquiry form for genuine appointment requests. Send only details the reader is content for the room to hold, and leave the site’s files undisturbed. Replies to inquiries are sent by email from hello@reasonjunction.click.

Liability

Public ledgers and third-party documents can be incomplete, delayed, or later revised. Reason Junction reads what is available on the day of the appointment or the day of the draft and says so in the note. We are not liable for decisions you make after a session, for losses connected with assets discussed only as subject matter, or for documents that change after we print them. Our total liability arising out of a paid appointment is limited to the fee you paid for that appointment, except where Korean law does not allow a limit, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

The website is offered as a description of the library. Temporary unavailability of a page does not create a claim for loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The courts of Seoul have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the website or from an appointment, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you may have.
