Begin with the signature, not the summary
A signature is a door into one transaction. The reading room starts there, before any summary written by the project.
An epoch is a bracket, not a verdict
Stake, commission, and schedule changes belong inside a numbered bracket of time. The bracket does not decide whether a design is sound.
One program account, one afternoon
Pick one account. Write the owner. List only the fields you can actually explain. Leave the rest marked unread.

A cited paragraph should still be in the building on the day you cite it. That is why the shelf holds paper with a retrieval date.
