Refunds and cancellations

How to ask

Write to hello@reasonjunction.click or call 0220250690. Include the name on the confirmation, the appointment type, and the date. Refund requests are acknowledged within two business days.

Ledger reading session

The fee is ₩280,000, due two business days before the session. Cancel five or more business days before the start and the fee is returned in full. Cancel inside five business days and half the fee is returned. If you have not arrived twenty minutes after the start, the session is a no-show and the fee is kept, because the researcher’s afternoon was held. You may reschedule once with at least three business days’ notice at no extra fee. A second change is treated as a cancellation under the windows above.

Archive desk

Cancel at least 48 hours before the desk and the ₩45,000 fee is returned in full. A same-day cancellation, or a desk released because you have not arrived within twenty minutes, keeps the fee. The boxes pulled for you are returned to the shelf and the hours are not reopened as a lesson.

Thursday workshop

Cancel seven or more days before the evening and the ₩120,000 seat fee is returned in full. Inside seven days the seat fee is kept. You may give the seat to another named adult if you tell us before 12:00 on the day. If Reason Junction postpones an evening, including when fewer than four seats are confirmed five days prior, you choose a full refund or a hold of the fee for the next listed Thursday. A packet already printed for a postponed evening does not reduce that refund.

Commissioned research note

Forty percent of the quoted fee is paid before reading begins. If you cancel before that reading has started, the forty percent is returned minus a scheduling hold of ₩80,000. Once reading has started, the forty percent is kept, and any further refund of the balance is agreed in writing according to how much of the agreed question has been read. A note delivered after the correction pass is paid in full. Work already started is the reading described in the scope letter, not a draft sentence you have not seen yet.

If you narrow the question by mutual agreement before the draft, we restate the fee and refund the difference when the new fee is lower and the original balance has already been paid.

Materials

Booklets, account sketches, and workshop packets are included in the appointment fee. They are not sold separately. When a cancellation falls in a window where the fee is kept, printed materials prepared for that booking are not refunded as a separate item. When we cancel, materials already printed do not block a full refund.

Method, timing, and exceptions

Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer to the account that paid, within ten business days of our written approval. If Reason Junction cancels because of illness, a transit disruption, or a holiday, you choose a new date or a full refund of sums already paid for that appointment. Korean public holidays that close the room are treated as our cancellation when they are declared after your date was confirmed.
