One protocol, chosen by the room and announced with the date. The evening stays on that document. It does not tour a list of projects.

How the appointment runs

  1. Date posted

    Open Thursdays are listed on the rates page. The protocol name is added about ten days before the evening.

  2. Request a seat

    Write through the contact form with the date. We confirm whether a chair is free.

  3. Fee and packet

    The seat fee is due when we confirm. The first two pages of the packet arrive three days before the evening.

  4. Thursday night

    Arrive at 19:00. The door closes at 19:15. The ordinary daytime hours have already ended; this is a separate opening.

Before you come

Read the two pages we send ahead. Bring a pencil. The room supplies the packet, so you do not need to print anything.

Limits of the booking

Six seats. English. If fewer than four seats are confirmed five days before the date, the evening moves to the next listed Thursday and every confirmed fee is returned or held for the new date, at your choice.
