Who it is for

The session is for a reader who already has a question about one Solana subject and wants a repeatable way to check it against the public record. Editors, analysts, founders, and students in Seoul use it before they publish, brief a colleague, or go further into the shelf.

What you leave with

You leave with a field note in your handwriting: the subject, the records you opened, what those records show, and the questions still open. The booklet is yours. We file a copy on the visitor shelf only if you ask.

Scope

One subject, agreed by email before the day. The subject is a single program, a single validator, or a single mint. A second subject waits for another session or for a commissioned research note.

How the appointment runs

  1. Write ahead

    Send the subject and a one-sentence question through the inquiry form. Minjae confirms that it fits a single session.

  2. Arrive with the question

    Come to the Yongsan room at the agreed time. If you arrive late, the end time stays fixed and the session is shorter.

  3. Read the record together

    You open the public records. Minjae slows the parts readers usually skip: who owns an account, what an instruction is called, and what is still opaque.

  4. Close the booklet

    The last twenty minutes are for writing. The session ends when the note has a subject line, a list of records, and at least one question you could not answer.

Before you come

Write the question in one sentence before you come. Bring a laptop if you want your own screen. The room also has two shared reading screens with a public ledger view open. Bring reading glasses if you use them. Private keys stay at home.

Limits of the booking

The conversation is in English. Korean and English papers are both on the shelf, and Hana can point to a Korean copy, while the three hours with Minjae stay in English. One reader per session. We hold sessions Tuesday to Saturday, and we skip Korean public holidays.
