How the appointment runs

  1. Scoping call

    We speak after your inquiry. The call fixes the question, the audience, and the records already in your hands.

  2. Written scope and fee

    You receive a short letter with the question, the page range, the fee, and the date of the draft. Reading starts after you accept it.

  3. Draft

    The usual window is ten business days from acceptance. Shorter windows are declined rather than rushed.

  4. Corrections and delivery

    You mark factual corrections once. We deliver the PDF and hold the printed copy at the room, or post it inside Korea.

Before you come

Send the question, who will read the note, and any document you have already relied on. If that document is a marketing page, say so in the first paragraph of your message.

Limits of the booking

The note stays inside the agreed question. If the question grows, we pause and requote before continuing. Delivery windows shorter than ten business days are outside what the room takes on. The conversation and the note are in English.
